Besides using apps like email and cloud services to transfer VCF file, it allows you to transfer files through your local Wi-Fi network. So if your Android and iPhone are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, you just need to enter the address shown on your iPhone into your Android phone. You will be able to download the file to your Android phone.
