1. Restart the iPhone

2. Reactivate iMessage

Step 1: Open the settings on your iPhone.

3. Add correct Apple ID
When you get the “iMessage is disconnected” error, tap Settings. You will be redirected to the Settings for the Messages app. Here you should see the option “ Use your Apple ID for iMessage ”. Tap on it. Enter your Apple ID details and sign in.

Alternatively, by tapping on Settings, you should see the Send and Receive option in the messages settings. Tap on it. Add your Apple ID if you don’t see any accounts. If an account already exists, make sure it’s the correct Apple account. You can log out of the account and add another. To do this, tap on Apple ID and tap Sign Out in the menu.

4. Change the iMessage region

5. Change time zone

6. Update Apple ID details
