How to change Mouse pointer and cursor size, color & scheme on Windows 10
The mouse pointer and the slider in Windows 10 are very important aspects of the operating system. The same can be said of other operating systems. In reality, they are not unique to Windows. Many popular operating system users may not have the slightest idea of what customization can do on the mouse pointer and the cursor. OK, the mouse pointer and the cursor are therefore fundamental and do not require any modification. However, some things can be changed regarding these tools. You see, people can change the size of the pointer and the color of the cursor if they wish. You probably will not do it, of course, but if the need arises, then after reading this article, you will have the knowledge and know-how to carry out this task.
Increase the size of the mouse pointer and change the color of the cursor
1) Change the default size of the mouse pointer
To change the size of the mouse pointer, launch the Settings application by pressing the Windows + I key. Navigate to the option that says Easy Access, and then select Cursor and pointer in the list of features.
Navigate to the section titled Change Pointer Size and Color, and move the slider up or down to change the size as desired. Make it solid black if you feel!
2) Change the default color of the mouse pointer
Again, you have to open the Settings application and then access Easy Access. From there, click Cursor and Pointer, and then move to change the color of the pointer. From there, the user can change the color as he sees fit with relative ease.
Users can even use a custom color to really do things the way they want. This is pretty impressive, and we think that many will take the time to react quickly.
Unfortunately, Microsoft has not talked much about these options, but that's why we are here. Here, to free you with regard to Windows 10, at least.
3) Change the mouse pointer schema
This is where thongs become a little more interesting and more designed for the advanced user. With this option, the user can change the mouse pointer schema, a feature that existed well before Windows 10.
To do this, click the search box, and then type Mouse Properties. Launch the application and, from there, select the tab that says Pointers. After that, click on the drop-down menu and select the preferred template.
People can also customize the pointer icon, which is not new.
