How to fix "Error code 910" in Google Play?

Recently, many users have complained of the failure of Google Play on their smartphones. They can not download games or other applications. For example, this problem occurs quite often when you try to download a YouTube app from the Google Play Store. The following message appears on the Android device screen: "Can not install YouTube. Please try again. If the problem persists, get help for troubleshooting.Error code: 910) ".

Compare the facts and analyze the reporting statistics we have established two conclusions:

  1. The 910 error occurred earlier, but for other reasons. Generally, the problem was caused by an internet disconnection.
  2. Many complained and the error reports began after the publication of another update of the Play Store software. Therefore, it is essential to count it as the cause of the problem.

None of us being a Google developer, we can not fix bugs in the Google Play Store software. Let's wait for specialists to do it. In the meantime, we can always try to fix it using the usual methods.

By following the instructions below, we hope to get rid of the problem and restore your Google Store features:

  • Start by checking the Wi-Fi Internet connection (for example, connection via the cellular network provider). The problem may be in your modem or Android smartphone. So, check the mobile connection or WiFi. Maybe the internet phone or router is not working, then restart it. If the DNS servers do not work, see our instructions. We have already discussed how to solve this problem here;

  • Then try clearing the cache and deleting data from the Google Play and Google Services Framework applications. Navigate to "Settings" → then "Apps" and scroll down the list to the Google Play Store. Open it and select "Empty cache". Go back and check if Play Store starts working. If error 910 is still present, return to the application settings and proceed in the same way with Data ("Clear data", "Delete all"). Does not it help you?

  • Repeat all steps for Google Services Framework. This application does not appear in the menu. Select "All Apps" and search for the Google Services Framework, open it, and clear the cache and data. Check if the 910 error is gone. Still there?

  • Perform the same steps with the Google Play Services app. Go to "Apps" → "Google Play Services", select "Clear Cache", then "Clear Data". If your smartphone asks to confirm, press "OK".

If none of the usual methods above do not help you fix the 910 error code, all that remains is to go back to the previous version of Google Store. To do this, remove recent updates to Google Play Store settings. Finally, as always, we ask our readers to share your experience. Write, ask, answer, affiliate! It helps more often so we think.
