4. Check the data usage settings

5. Grant autostart permission

On Mi phones, you must grant the Google Play Music app auto-start permission to prevent it from freezing.

6. Uninstall the application

If the problem persists, try uninstalling the Google Play Music app from your phone. You will only be able to do this if you have installed the app from Play Store. In case it is pre-installed on your phone, check the following method.
