1. Restart the phone
If you haven’t tried this solution yet, stop everything else and restart your phone. Restarting your phone injects new energy into it while also fixing various issues.
2. Clear cache and data
Another important solution that should fix the Samsung One UI Home shutdown error issue is to clear the cache of various apps. Clearing the cache will not delete your personal files or data. You need to clear cache and data for System UI, System UI, One UI Home, Google Play Services, Google App, and Google Play Store.
Here’s how to do it.
Step 1: Open settings on your phone and go to apps.
2nd step: Tap the three-dot icon at the top and select Show System Apps.
Step 3: Scroll through the list of applications and tap System UI. Tap Storage.
Step 4: Tap the Clear Cache button, then tap Clear Data or Clear Storage. Restart the phone.
Step 5: If the problem persists, clear the cache and data / storage of other apps, for example, System Interface, One UI Home, Google Play Services, Google App and Google Play Store.
3. Update all applications
Sometimes a bug in any of the installed apps can also cause this problem. Since developers are pushing an updated version with a fix quickly, you need to update all apps. 4. Update the phone
Likewise, you should also check if there is a software update available for your phone. Sometimes even software updates can fix these errors by fixing incompatibility issues.

5. Check for unauthorized third-party apps
Most of the time, recent third-party app update causes One UI to stop. If updating the app does not resolve the issue, you should temporarily uninstall the app. You might also get the error “ The XYZ app has stopped ” on your phone. If you don’t get such error, you can find the recently updated apps on Play Store. Launch Play Store and open the sidebar. Tap My apps & games. Go to the Installed tab. Change the sort mode to Last updated.
