How to change Content Visibility in Microsoft Edge browser
The Microsoft Edge browser (Chromium) continues to have the same name but is equipped with a multitude of new features and tools for developers. In this article, we will learn how to customize Content visibility in the new Edge browser.
Change the visibility of content in the Edge browser
The new browser has been built in an entirely different way and therefore offers some exciting tweaks that aim to make the experience a little better. For example, you may have noticed that when you launch Edge, you see daily Bing wallpaper images.
On top of that, when you scroll down, you get all the latest news from around the world. While it’s good to keep up with the latest news and events, not everyone may like this feature and consider it unnecessary. So here’s a way to stop this.

Microsoft seems to have added this option to allow a more personalized experience.
1]Launch Edge Browser
Assuming that the latest version of the browser is installed, launch the Edge browser. The feature is not available in the legacy version of the Microsoft Edge browser.
2]Access settings
On the New Browser Tab page, search for “settings– visible as a rack icon.
Once found, click on it to display the different ‘Layout“.
From the list, select “Customs“.
3]Customize content visibility
Now click on the side arrow marked against “Customs“And scroll to”contents‘section.
There, tap the down arrow to make different options visible.
Select ‘Content disabled»To change the visibility of browser content.
Once done, you will notice that when you scroll down, the content is no longer visible on the existing page of the browser.
Likewise, if you want to make content visible again, follow the same procedure as described above, but this time choose “Content visible on scroll” rather than “Content disabled” under Content settings.
This allows you to customize the visibility of the content for the new Microsoft Edge browser.
