To open Microsoft Excel, click on the beginning button and scroll to Excel under the Microsoft Office option; or just search for it in the search field.

1) Home

Under cells, you can insert or add and delete new cells, rows, columns and sheets. 2) Insert
The Insert tab includes: Tables, illustrations, additions, graphics, guided tours, sparklines, filters, links, text and symbols.
in the the tables , you can add a table to organize, sort, filter and format the data. Under Illustrations and Graphics, you can add images from your computer as well as online. You can add shapes, icons, 3D models, SmartArt, charts, pie charts, map charts, PivotCharts, etc.
Connections will allow you to add a hyperlink in your document which will give you quick access to other web pages and files.
Of Text and symbols , you can add a text box, a header and a footer, WordArt, a signature line, an object, an equation and a symbol.
3) Draw
In the Drawing tab, you will find three groups such as Tools, pens and conversion.

4) Layout
The Layout tab includes a large number of commands related to Themes, layout, organization, scaling and sheet options.

So the basic things that you need to understand are how to perform automatic sum functions like sum, average, etc. and how to calculate the formulas. 6) Data
In the Data tab you will find different sections named Data tools, queries and connections, sort and filter, get and transform data, forecasts and outline.
