You can embed content ranging from videos to tweets on a web page. Today we’re going to learn how to embed PowerPoint presentations on a website. This is not new and has existed since the launch of Office applications for the Web. We have already seen how to integrate an Excel sheet on your blog. Now let’s see how embed a PowerPoint presentation on a website.
To integrate a PPT presentation, you must have an active account on OneDrive and the document that you must integrate. When you open a document on OneDrive, it uses the web versions of the app you use on the system to open it. Preferably, the file should be placed in .pptx format.
Embed a PowerPoint presentation on a blog
Log in to your OneDrive account and download the file you want to embed.
Right click on the file and select To integrate option.
A new panel will open on the right side of the screen.
Click on produce. It will generate the code that you can use to embed the file.
Now copy the code into your website code or into your blog code window.
This way you can embed and share your own presentation on your blog. Think how powerful this method could be. If you analyze something and put it on your blog, an appropriate presentation with a detailed description is what someone would like to read. Or let’s say you want to post something on the place you visited on your last trip, wouldn’t that be a good way to show your clicks?
Keep in mind that since the incorporation is done in the public domain, everyone can view it, download it and use it. To show how this is done, I have included an example below.
