Do you get the Network Lost
error appearing on iPhone screen every few minutes? The pop-up window informs that “The cellular network you selected for ‘(null)’ is no longer available”? Are the options to “Reject” or to open “Settings”?
IPhone Network Loss Error
This issue was reported by Smush on our iOS 15.2 review page:
“Get lost network popup!” The cellular network you have selected is no longer available … “
Apparently this is a carrier issue and not an iOS 15 cause. We have found similar reports on Reddit. This affects newer iPhone 13 models as well as older iPhones.
How To Fix iPhone Lost On Network Error
This pop-up seems to be triggered most often when users change locations, especially when traveling from an urban area with good cell coverage to a remote location.
If iPhone is not allowed to switch networks automatically, it may not stay connected and display the Network Lost
Error!
To repair it, follow these steps:
- Open Settings and press Cellular (Mobile data).
- Go for Network selection.
- Light up Automatique.
Do: This will allow your iPhone to automatically search and connect to the operator’s network based on the SIM card inserted in the device or saved virtually!
