We know that some organizations tend to manage more PWA sites. As such, they need more flexibility to manage multiple PWA sites. By changing the default PWA site to your preferred PWA site, you can more easily navigate to the desired Project Web App (PWA) sites from Project Home. Here’s how.
1]Choose the default PWA site
Launch Microsoft Project by selecting “ProjectThe Office 365 app launcher icon (or waffle icon) in the upper left of an Office 365 page.
Then, in the Office 365 navigation bar, select the ‘Settings’ , then choose Default PWA Site.
2]Change the default PWA site
The ‘Change the default PWA site»Should appear on your computer screen. Enter the address of the preferred PWA site and choose “Change site” Here, make sure that you enter a PWA site URL (not a SharePoint site URL) and that you have at least read permission to this PWA site URL.
If you do not have permission and are still trying to change the default site, you will see a red message bar at the top of the browser.
If you have previously requested authorization for the typed PWA URL, you will see a success message and your default PWA site will be replaced with the new URL.
