Microsoft Sway allows users to integrate web content and documents via an integration card there. With this feature, you can create interactive presentations, reports, stories, etc. in the content presentation application. We’ve already seen how to find and add content to Microsoft Sway. Embed content in Microsoft Sway
Any visual or written content added to Sway’s script appears in Cards. These cards cover all the elements that appear in your story, for example Embed cards. To integrate content into Microsoft Sway:
- Copy the content integration code.
- Add media.
- Select Integrate.
- Paste the integration code into the new integration card.
- To integrate a Sway into a Sway, open the Sway you want to integrate.
- Click the Share icon.
- Copy the code that appears in the dialog box.
- Click the Insert Content button.
- Choose Media, then select Embed.
- Paste your integration code.
With the map built into Sway, you can add a wide variety of content, including images, video files, audio clips, and maps.
Integrate content into your Sway
Click the ‘Insert content“Visible as a” + “icon button.
Go to ‘Media“And under it, select”To integrate“
Here you can choose to embed 3D content, videos, tweets and more from sources like Sketchfab, Vimeo and Twitter.
Just click the down arrow icon of a tweet when using Twitter. Then, in the menu, select ‘Embed Tweet“
Copy and paste the integration code into the new integration card under Storyline
If you paste a web address directly as an integration code, make sure it includes the secure prefix – https: // instead of http: //.
Integrating a Sway into another Sway
This option is useful when you want to integrate a Sway into Sway.
open the Sway you want to integrate, go to ‘Share»In the main navigation bar.
Select ‘Get the integration codeAnd copy the code that appears in the dialog box.
Then go to the Sway where you want to integrate your content.
Click the + icon at the bottom of any existing card.
Then choose “Media“, Then select”To integrate“
Finally, paste your integration code on the new integration card that appears in the scenario.
