- Check your order history
- Check the purchase history
- Manage payment options.
1) Check your order history
The items you buy / buy or the subscriptions you pay always display your order history. So go to this page and sign in with your Microsoft account. If you use multiple Microsoft accounts, sign in to each of them to check the history of your orders.
Compare your account with the charge in question. Unplanned charges may be related to a bad subscription or purchase by a family member. This occurs mainly when you allow family members to share a device with your account. So they can buy something without saying it at that time. To check this,
Go to your Family group and sign in with your Microsoft account. Find the name of the family member whose purchases you want to see.

Then go to 'Payment and billing » and choose 'Order history'Option.

2) Management of payment options
If you think someone has acquired your payment information, immediately contact your payment provider to avoid any further billing. Also change the information about your payment options in your Microsoft account. Go to & #39;Payment options"

- you make several purchases on the Microsoft Store but you spread over several days, Microsoft bills them in one payment. To verify this, you can view the history of your orders.
- Orders with multiple items are sometimes split into multiple shipments and billed "per shipment". This is especially noticeable with pre-order items, out of stock items or orders from different locations. So, when an item is out of stock, shipping is delayed, as is billing. You can check this by checking your order history and comparing it with the statement to determine how your order could have been split into different billings. Also check if the shipping dates are different for each item.
- Most of the time, Microsoft does not charge pre-orders for physical items before shipping them. However, your payment provider may place a pending authorization for an amount equal to or less than the amount of your purchase. These, however, are usually reversed before shipping the items.
