If you find that during the installation of Microsoft Office 365 or Office 2020, OneNote 2020 is missing, you can simply download it from Microsoft and install it. OneNote 2020 can no longer be found on a PC on which it has already been installed in any edition of Microsoft Office. Microsoft issued a statement regarding this unexpected change and informed users that as of March 2020, whoever will install Office 365 or Office 2020 will see the OneNote desktop app install together with the Word desktop applications , PowerPoint and Excel.

You can simply download and install OneNote on your Windows 10 system.
Start by determining whether you are using a 32-bit or 64-bit Office.
If you do not know which Office edition you currently have on your PC, do the following to determine it.
- Open any Office application such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint and choose an empty file.
- Then click onFile"Menu, choose"AccountAnd go toAbout Word& #39; section.
- In the dialog box that appears, find out if the Office edition you are currently using is 32-bit or 64-bit.
The information appears at the end of the first line of text, confirming the product name, version, and the installed Office edition.
