1. Use iCloud Folder
The Notes app gives you the option to store your notes on your iPhone or iCloud account. For document scanning to work in the Notes app, you need to use the app with your iCloud account. Step 1: Open the Notes app on your iPhone.
2nd step: Tap Folders in the upper left corner.
Step 3: Tap All iCloud.

If you have enough storage space, you can switch to your iCloud account to store all your notes by default. For this, you need to disable note storage on your device.

2. Enable Notes app in iCloud
If you don’t see the iCloud folder in the Notes app, your iCloud account might not be syncing your notes. Here is how you can check and enable the same on your iPhone.
Step 1: Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

Step 3: Tap iCloud.
Step 4: Select Show All to show all apps using your iCloud account.
Step 5: Tap Notes.

3. Check the default Notes account

5. Update the Notes app
If none of the solutions work, the last resort is to update the Notes app version on your iPhone. For that, you need to check for a new iOS update.
Step 1: Open Settings on your iPhone.

Step 3: Tap Software Update.
Step 4: If an update is available, download and install it.
