Creating organizational charts is not always an easy task, but with the right tool, it's possible. Everyone does not know where to look to create charts, but do not worry, we have what you need to cover yourself. There is an application for Windows called ClickChart, and it was designed primarily for the creation of organizational charts. It comes with a range of useful symbols and shapes; probably more than you need. Now, this tool is easy to use, which is great for beginners and advanced users.
ClickChart Diagram & Flowchart Software
ClickChart is a kid game to use, but not only, it comes with several features that should satisfy the users and make them want to come back.
1) Models
The first thing users will want to do after opening the app will be to launch a template. This can be done quite easily by clicking File, then New. Right away, people should see a window with several model options, from flowcharts to mind map diagrams; they are all there and ready to be used.
Select the required chart, and then click the OK button to make it appear in the black space. From there, the user can make as many changes as necessary to create an appropriate graph.
The models are mainly for amateurs. However, if you are an experienced user, ClickChart will cover you on this front.
2) Empty diagram
For those who know what they are doing, why not create a black diagram page? This is not a template, but a clean page for creating a chart from scratch. To do this, click the File tab, and then select New Blank Diagram to begin.
In the left pane, users should see a section with all the icons needed to create an organization chart or other. Just select and organize things according to the desired model, and everything should be fine.
Above, you should see to enable grid capture, object capture, and so on. These are very important for chart design, so keep this in mind.
3) Home button
OK, for the Home button, users can highlight it by clicking on a diagram. This should allow users to modify the connector, the text, among other things.
4) Editing button
We like the Edit section because it allows the user to cut, copy, paste, delete, etc. It's pretty simple; so, nothing to learn at all.
