SD 730G & 108MP camera
To keep up with its Pro emblem, the new Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro is upgraded to the right places. The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset is powered up. The chipset is paired with an Adreno 618 GPU. In terms of storage, the Mi CC9 Pro is available in 128GB and 256GB versions. The storage memory configuration is 6GB and 8GB of RAM respectively. However, there is no MicroSD card slot for storage assistance.
The screen is a Super AMOLED unit with water drop notch with resolution and aspect ratio of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5: 9 respectively (same for Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro wallpapers). The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 5. That being said, the fingerprint sensor is located under the AMOLED screen.
Penta camera configuration
We do not have one, two, three or four but five cameras on the back of the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro. For starters, a 108 megapixel sensor is followed here by a 5 megapixel (high-end 8MP) telephoto camera (5x optical zoom). Then there is a 12MP which is also a telephoto but with only a 2x optical zoom. To conclude, a 20MP (ultrawide) unit followed by a 2MP camera dedicated to macro shots are available. Videos can be rotated with a maximum resolution of 4K at 30 frames per second.
At the front of the Mi CC9 is a 32 MP selfie camera that can record video at up to 1080p resolution at 30 frames per second.
Battery, Android version and pricing
A very large 5260mAh battery is inserted into the Mi CC9 Pro. Speaking of battery, the 30W fast charge of Power-Delivery is integrated. A full charge of the battery at 100% takes only 65 minutes, which is really impressive. MIUI 11 based on Android 9 Pie is the operating system of Mi CC9 Pro.
The price of the Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro starts at $ 400 for the base model up to $ 500 for a Premium variant with a special 8P lens for the 108MP module.
