Add and edit classic SharePoint pages
We will learn in this tutorial how to:

- Edit a classic SharePoint page
- Delete a classic SharePoint page
To create, modify, or delete a SharePoint page, you must have the required permissions. These can be obtained by becoming a member of the SharePoint Designers group for the site.
1) Create a classic SharePoint page
The site for which you want to create the page, you will need to do the following –
Go to & #39;Site content". You can find the option on the left navigation panel or access it directly from the ‘settings".
Then go to ‘Site Pages’And click «+ New".
Then type "New page name", Then press"Create& #39; button. You will notice that the page is created and will be opened for editing in the browser.
It is important here to note that the steps for creating a page may vary depending on factors such as the type of site and the permissions you have for the site.
2) Edit a classic SharePoint page
On your page, look for the ‘PageAnd when you see it, click on the tab.
Then choose the "Edit" option. This step is optional because a newly created page is already open for editing.

To configure the columns, sidebar, header and footer of a page, click "Text layout’Visible on the ribbon and select the desired option.
Type the text for the page.
Here, if you want to add objects to a page, choose the ‘Insert’Ribbon and use the commands to add tables, supports, links, and web parts to the page.
When you are done with the editing part, click on "save& #39; on the Page tongue.
3) Delete a classic SharePoint page
If you want to delete the SharePoint page you just created, choose the ‘Page", Then click on"Remove'Page.
When prompted with the message, press OK.
Once confirmed, the action will move the page to the Trash for deletion. If you accidentally deleted the page, restore it.
