1) Import files
As a preliminary step to create a beautiful movie, you will need to import the desired video, images and background music.
So choose a movie template and import multimedia files to create a cool movie by clicking on the "Import media files& #39; button.
2) Media library
Once done, the tool will load the media files imported into it. All files will be visible under "Media& #39; library. This is the source of all media, including videos, photos and music files. If video files are visible there, a camera icon will be attached to it while music files will display a note.
Here you can also find all the transitions, effects and a variety of other multimedia resources that users can use in their projects.
3) Chronology
After the media library, there is the chronology. This is a place where you can assemble the media clips for their video project.
To add a video to the timeline, click on the video and press the "+" button visible at the bottom of the thumbnail.
Once complete, the video will be added to your timeline.
Now if you want to add a piece of background music to your video, go to page ‘Media"Again in the tab" and select "The music". Choose a music file from the list and add it to your video by pressing the "+" button.
Likewise, you can add transitions and effects to your video. To see all the changes in effect, switch to full screen mode for a better view.
You can switch to full screen mode by navigating the corner of the mouse in the lower right corner of the video screen and choosing "Full screen".
To save the video you just created, choose "More", Represented by 3 horizontal bars and select"Save the project".
To open an existing project when editing your movies in the timeline, click Menu, navigate to ‘File'>'Open project‘To locate the .mmm file. However, this way can only open projects created in the timeline. It does not support opening projects created with templates.
Finally, to close the project and start with a new one, close the Project Library window by pressing the 3-bar menu in the upper right corner, select ‘File"Option and click"New project".
For each project you create, MiniTool MovieMaker creates a project file. It contains all the information about the files used in your project, the order of the videos on the timeline and edit the decisions, effects and music used in the project.
By default, the project file is stored in the default location, but users can choose to save the project files anywhere else when saving them.
