As a general rule, photos and videos on Instagram stories last for a maximum of 15 seconds, but videos from live sessions last longer. If you only like watching the beginning of a video and go to the end to see what happens, you can also do it with the videos on Instagram. So many stories and so little time.

Useful advice: The arrows in the top right and top left corners of an Instagram story indicate that there are several reruns / videos in this live story.

Few people know they can transfer and go back in Instagram story replicas. So we took it upon ourselves to show how this is done.

Before proceeding, it is relevant to indicate that you can only transfer live session / video reruns that users have shared in their stories. When an Instagram user finishes his live video, Instagram allows him to share clips or reruns of his live session to his story. Thus, the users who missed them can catch up.

Quick advice: A gradient ring with a play icon around the user's profile picture indicates a repeat (s) of the live video session shared by the user.

That said, learn how to transfer and rewind Instagram story videos to your smartphone.

Step 1: On the home page of the Instagram app or the profile of a user, tap the live story replay icon.
