For convenience, we will use Google Docs. All you need to do is simply edit the link you share.

The method can be used to create file templates, such as document proposals, sheet project plans, and slide slides. Once done, your teammates can copy them quickly.
1) Open Google Docs
Open the Google Docs home page and navigate to the file you want to share with someone to allow them to copy it.
Once open, go to the address bar and right click on the URL to see 'Copy'Option.
When viewed, click on the option.
Then open your Gmail account to compose a new message.
Click the & #39;Compose'Button located in the left menu.
When the message window opens, address (compose the message) the recipient.
2) Change the URL and save the web address
Now, in the body of the message, paste the URL.
Click on the message to bring up theMore'Menu, then click & #39;Change& #39; link.
Place the mouse cursor at the very end of the URL and change theedit& #39; Option to & #39;Copy"
Click & #39;D & #39; agreement'Button visible at the bottom to record the web address.
Once the URL is changed as desired, choose "To send"
3) Allow the recipient to access the file
Before the email is sent, Google will prompt you to give the recipient access to the file. Check the permissions and click again on "Send".
Upon receiving the e-mail message, if the recipient clicks on the link, it will be redirected to a page allowing it to copy the file, which can be saved to its reader.
So, after following the steps above in the sequence, you can allow your colleagues to create personal copies of your files, such as presentations, reports, or designs, and have them modify them as they see fit.
