How to disconnect past activities outside of Facebook?
If you’d like to see which of your apps communicate your browsing habits to Facebook,

- From there click on Your Facebook information in the left pane of the Facebook Settings window.
- You can see an option in the right pane of the Facebook Settings window that says non-Facebook activity
- Click on View.
- In the window that appears, there are a few options on the right sidebar that allow you to delete past activities outside of Facebook and clear the history of these activities.
Click on Manage activity outside Facebook to view all apps and websites sharing information with Facebook. The page containing a list of applications can delete the history at the top of the list. Click on Clear story to delete the history. However, this does not delete the data.
To deactivate activity outside of Facebook, click on Manage your activity outside Facebook. In the new page that appears in the window, flip the toggle switch to disable it.
Note: Despite clearing your history and managing future activity outside of Facebook, data already sent and data sent in the future will be stored in your Facebook profile, so it makes no sense to deactivate it. Only you can stop seeing relevant advertisements.
