Praat speech analysis software for Windows 10 will help Phoneticians
Have you ever heard of Phoneticians? It is a branch of linguistics that analyzes the sound of human speech. Sign language analysis is also part of the job title, so this is a big problem for those involved. Now people who are in this profession can do their work at home with free software called Praat.

We are not professionals, but that does not mean that we do not know a good phonetic tool when we see one. And Praat is up there.
There is nothing to install here. Just unzip the file and open it. We like these types of programs because we don’t have to waste time installing anything. Download and use immediately without problems.
1]Working with audio
To analyze speech, we can use ours by taking advantage of the recording function. Keep in mind that Praat opens with two windows, one known as Praat Object and Praat Picture. We will start with Praat Object because most of the options are there.
Click New, then select Record Mono Sound or Record Stereo Sound. Once you’ve made your decision, you should now see the option to record your own voice. Press the record button, say your song, and finally click Record in the list and close.
2]Prepare an image
When analyzing speech, we can create a high quality image from which to work. In this case, we will click on Draw, then draw again to produce an image. This image will automatically appear in the next window.
In the next window, the user can save the image for future reference. Saving the image is easy because you just need to click File and then select one of the many Save As options. The option is also there for people to see information about the image before saving it if they want to.
3]Margin
In terms of the Margins section, users can do a lot here. The option is there to draw an inner box on the image, add text and much more.
