Realme C3 with Helio G70 to feature 5,000mAh battery!

Realme confirmed the use of MediaTek Helio G70 on the Realme C3. This makes Realme C3 the first smartphone in the world to use the new MediaTek SoC. Although no other details are yet available for the device, the revelation of the SoC will give us little expectation for the ultra-budget handset.

MediaTek announces its new Helio G70 as “an excellent game with HyperEngine power”. It is one of their budget processors that can handle mobile games. It integrates a pair of ARM Cortex-A75 processors operating at up to 2 GHz alongside the six ARM Cortex-A55 processors at 1.7 GHz in a single octa-core cluster. The graphics processor is an ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 operating at up to 820 MHz. This should give realme C3 a good performance for games.

Helio G70 now also supports up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM, although being economical, we expect at least 3 GB on the C3. The storage medium remains eMMC 5.1, which means that it will be at least 32 GB. The MediaTek G70 also has a modem that supports dual 4G VoLTE connectivity (300 Mbps downlink) and Wi-Fi connectivity -Fi 802.11ac, so we also expect this on the Realme C3.

On the imaging side, the realme C3 will have two rear-facing cameras. Although the Helio G70 supports a sensor up to 48MP, we expect the C3 to have a standard 13MP sensor with f / 2.2 lens and a depth sensor configuration of 2MP. On the front, it will be difficult to guess. But a 5MP or 8MP sensor is a huge possibility.

Finally, Realme has announced that the Realme C3 will have a high density 5000 mAh battery. This is a 4000 mAh upgrade on the Realme C2. This should give the device an edge over other budget smartphones that barely have a 4.00mAh battery.

Realme C3 will launch on February 6 at 12:30 p.m. local Indian time. The global launch is not yet available, but is expected to arrive soon. For more expected specifications, see the list below.
