TinyWall lets you harden and control Windows 10 Firewall

1]Change mode
One of the first things you will want to do when you run TinyWall is to select your preferred mode. There are currently five options, namely Protection, Block All, Auto Exit, Disable Firewall, and Auto Learn.
A simple mouse click and your preferred mode will be activated and ready to use. It is not possible to perform actions so easily when using the Windows firewall in its usual form.
2]Manage
Regarding the management section, there are several things we can do here. The section called General is quite simple with the options it offers. For example, users can choose whether they want TinyWall to automatically check for updates, prevent changes to the host file, enable or disable global keyboard shortcuts, and more.
The other tab is for application exceptions, and that’s important. You see, from this section, people can define certain programs as exceptions, which means that whatever you do in TinyWall, these programs will never be affected.
There are other options, so check them out to find out more about them and if they make sense.
3]Show connections
Did you feel the need to see all the programs on your computer where the connection is active? This is possible here, and you can even view open ports and applications that have been blocked in the past two minutes.
4]Other features
Your LAN traffic is not passing? It may be blocked by TinyWall, and you can unblock your local network with a few clicks of the mouse. Not only that, but users can activate block lists and define whitelists by window, process and executable.
