The price of different versions of Windows 10 is different. The Windows 10 Pro version is considerably more expensive than the Windows 10 Home version. Click the Start button, then select Settings> Updates and Security> Troubleshoot.

Look for the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter in the list and run it.

Restart the computer and check if you can upgrade the version of Windows 10 now.

4) Reset the Windows Store cache

One of the main causes of problems with the Windows Store is the corrupted cache of the Windows Store. In such a situation, we can clear or reset the Windows Store cache to fix the problem.

5) Reinstall / re-register the Windows Store application
