2]Apply a custom background
PowerPoint comes with design templates and different layout templates that help you create your own custom background and make your presentation unique. You can apply it to all or part of your slides according to your needs.
If you also want to create a custom background, go to the menu bar and select Design tab> Layout button.
In the Layout dialog box, enter the height and width of the background you prefer. You can also choose the number of slides for which you want to apply the custom background.
Note: If you are using PowerPoint 2016 or later, you will find the layout in the File menu.

In a Microsoft PowerPoint, a slide transition is a visual effect between slides. You can see this special effect when you move to the next slide during a presentation. But as important as the presentation, it’s also essential to coordinate the right transition timing for the presentation to be professional.
So if your transition timing is also too slow or too fast, you can adjust it by going Transition tongue. On the right side you will see the Timetable section. Here you can specify the duration of a transition.

There are three check boxes in the same section that you can use as needed. They are:

- Rewind after playback – And the last one is to rewind the audio or video clip. He rewinds the clip once he has played during the presentation.
5]Zoom in and out on slides
Sometimes you need to maintain better audience attention during the presentation. A pie chart and a bar chart could be a good example. He can guarantee that any specific part of the slide is clearly shown in the presentation.
To use this feature in Microsoft PowerPoint, you can use the Zoom In and Zoom Out sliders. It is available in the taskbar in the lower right corner of the slide page, as shown above.
