5. Increase the maximum video upload size
In the automatic download settings, users have the option to set the maximum limit for video downloads. Let’s say you have set a limit of 100MB and the video received exceeds 100MB in the chat, then Telegram will not initiate the download process. You will need to extend the limit for downloading videos from iPhone and Android app.
iPhone
Step 1: Go to Telegram settings> Data and storage> Automatic media download.
2nd step: Tap Use Wi-Fi> Videos.

Android

6. Clear telegram cache (Android)

Step 1: Find Telegram on the home screen or Android app drawer.

7. Give unlimited access to data (Android)
