4. Enable incognito mode

Sometimes visiting the site in incognito mode would fix the error Your connection is not private. To open a private browser window, simply press Ctrl, Shift, and N together.

If it works, the problem would be a defective extension of your browser. You must disable extensions that can disrupt your SSL connection. An antivirus extension could be the culprit.
