Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z: More is better!
AMOLED, Qualcomm and MediaTek, 8GB RAM …
Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z both have beautiful AMOLED displays. The first comes with a 6.55 "panel (1080 x 2400 pixels) while the latter has a slightly smaller screen of 6.53" (1080 x 2340 pixels). Regarding the aspect ratio of the panels, the Reno 2 has a panel of 20: 9 while the Reno 2Z has a panel of 19.5: 9.
The chipset is the difference between the two, because the Reno 2 comes with a brand new Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC and the 2Z comes with a MediaTek Helio P90 SoC. G means play, which means that Reno 2 is optimized for gaming sessions. For RAM and storage configuration, Reno 2 and 2Z have 8GB RAM and 256GB internal memory. For storage expansion, a MicroSD card slot is integrated.
An optical fingerprint reader (thank goodness!) Is located under the AMOLED panel for the purpose of biometric authentication.
Shark fin for 2 and popup for 2Z, quadruple rear cam
The Oppo Reno 2 is equipped with a front shark fin camera. The Reno 2Z has instant treatment for selfies. The resolution and the module are the same on both. As in, we have a 16MP sensor with an aperture of f / 2.0 on Reno 2 and 2Z. However, the quadruple rear camera is quite different on the Reno 2 and 2Z. On the first one, we have a 48MP primary cam (OIS + EIS). Then we have a 13 MP telephoto camera. In the meantime, there is a 8MP wide angle shooter. Finally, there is a basic depth sensor of 2MP to complete the camera system.
On board the Reno 2Z is a 48MP main camera (EIS) followed by an 8MP wide angle camera. To conclude the party of the camera, there is a 2MP B & W sensor and again a 2MP depth sensor.
The front and back cameras are capable of recording videos with a maximum resolution of 1080p at 30fps and 2160p at 30fps.
Power and battery charge, connectivity and Android
A decent battery for 2k19 4000mAh is equipped both in the Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z. Oppo's VOOC 3.0 charging technology is on board (20W). Plus, of course, a USB-C port is here.
In terms of connectivity, the Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z are equipped with Wi-Fi dual band a / b / g / n / ac, Bluetooth 5.0 LE and GPS for navigation and location services. For those who are worried, an audio jack is present on the Reno 2 and 2Z.
Price, availability and colors
The Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z will cost INR 36,990 and INR 29,990 respectively on Amazon and Flipkart in the coming days and weeks. Speaking of which, pre-orders have already started for new smartphones. The Oppo Reno 2 and 2Z will come in the painting work Ocean Green and Jet Black.
