In the ContextMenuHandlers key, you can find a subkey called {b8cdcb65-b1bf-4b42-9428-1dfdb7ee92af}.

You must rename or delete it to remove the Extract All option from the right-click context menu.

To rename this key, right click on it and select Rename option. After that, type a name or add one or two letters at the end of the name.
