To automatically translate emails in Outlook.com, follow these steps:
- Open Outlook settings
- Go to Mail> Message management
- Select the Always translate option from the Translate menu
- Save your change
To get started, visit the official Outlook email service website and sign in to your account. After that, you need to open the Outlook settings panel. To do this, click on the Adjustment equipment and click on the icon Show all Outlook settings option.
Now go from General tab for Mail tab and then click Message management option. Now scroll down until you get Translation title. After this label, select the Always translate and save your change.
You can select the language into which you want to translate the messages. Although it shows your mother tongue, it is possible to choose something else. To do this, develop the Translate the message in this language drop-down list and select something according to your needs.
There is another option called Do not translate the following languages. Sometimes you may not want to translate a specific language into English or something else. At this time, you can select this language from this list, and it is also possible to choose multiple languages.
After enabling this feature, you should receive a notification like Translated from: name of language under the subject of the email. It seems to inform you of the translation made by the automated system of Outlook.
