Searching the Internet for flight or route prices can be cumbersome and arduous. Thanks to Google Flights, this exercise has become a pleasure rather than a trauma to endure.
1]Track the prices of a route or a flight
You can choose to receive emails when the price of a flight you are following changes significantly. For that,
Turn on your PC, launch the browser and go to Google Flights.
There, on the main Google Flights page, select the number of stops, cabin class and number of tickets you need.
Once finished, choose your departure airport and your destination.
Now to follow the prices for this route, flip the switch next to “Track prices“
(To follow the prices of a specific flight, choose your flights, then click on Follow the price).
2]View tracked flights or deactivate emails
After doing that, go back to Google Flights again.
At the top left, look for the ‘Menu‘then’Price of flights followed“.
Now to see the flights you are following, click on a saved route.
Here, if you want to enable or disable tracking emails, swipe the button next to “Email notifications’In the off position.
Otherwise, to stop following a route or a flight, click on “Remove“.

You’ll see a notification in Google Flights every time,
- The prices of a route you are looking at probably increase.
- The current fare for a flight will expire soon, and the new fare may be more expensive.
This way you can avoid the hassle and use Google Flights to track the prices of a flight or route.
