How to add personalized attachments to Email Merge in Microsoft Outlook
If you're looking for a way to merge the body of an Outlook e-mail with its Drafts folder (E-mail merge) so that you can add a custom attachment to each email draft and send them one by one. This tutorial will show you how to do it.
Sometimes you have to send the same email to 200 different people. At this point, the "Email Merge" operation available in Outlook is very convenient. However, the problem occurs when you have to add a custom attachment to each person. This problem can be solved too. There is a workaround for this.
Add custom attachments to mail merge in Outlook

- Add a custom attachment for each unsent mail
Complete the mail merge task. Email merge keeps the same message for multiple emails, but the name and e-mail address are unique, with personalized details for each recipient.
1) Finish and merge emails
When you're done, open your Microsoft Outlook and choose theSend receive'Tab.
Under the tab, go to the "Preferences" section and select "Disconnected from work & #39;. This will disconnect you from the server and allow you to work offline if you do not want to receive new messages.
Now go to the merged emails you created, then select "Shipments'From Microsoft Word.
