After successfully completing the OOBE experience to configure a new Windows device or after resetting a device, once you have reached the desktop, this error screen may display. You may even experience this error when you try to connect to the Internet for the first time on a new device or a new installation of Windows that has not already connected to the Internet during the key experience in Windows. hand (OOBE).
If you experience this problem, try the following suggestions from Microsoft.
1) If you do not have open work
When the error message appears on the screen, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on the keyboard.
Then, by moving the mouse cursor to the lower right corner of the screen, select the Power button, and click To restart.
2) If you have open work
It is advisable to follow these steps when you have work that you do not want to lose.
hurry Ctrl + Shift + F10 on the keyboard simultaneously.
Then press Ctrl + Shift + Esc on the keyboard to open the task manager.
Go toDetails'Tab. Once there, find the wwahost.exe process.
Right click on this process and select Final task in the context menu.
After following these steps in one of two methods, the error message should no longer appear on your computer screen.
