- Disable automatic login for device configuration
- Uncheck the automatic connection option
Both options are similar, use them wisely.
1) Disable automatic connection for device configuration
Open Settings> Login Options and scroll to the Privacy section.
Here, disable the option that says – Use my login information to automatically finish my device setup and reopen my apps after an update or reboot.
Once this is done, the Windows upgrade will remain stuck on the login screen the next time this happens. Unless you log in manually, the upgrade process will not complete.

2) Delete the password of the account
The second option removes the option in which users must enter a user name / password to use the computer.
To do this, in the prompt, type netplwizand press Enter. The User Accounts setting.
Select the name of the user for whom you are having a problem.
Uncheck the box that says – Users must enter a username and password to use this computer. and click Apply. You will be prompted to enter your password twice.
After Windows has validated the request, select OK, and then close the User Accounts window.
Now, when you next start the computer, you will have to manually connect to the computer.
