Top 11 Ways to Fix Cannot Pair Mi Band Problem

It is necessary to connect your Mi Band to the Mi Fit app for the first time to use it. If you reset your bracelet, this could cause you some problems when pairing again with the Mi Fit app. If this happens to you, we’ll explain how to fix the Mi Band pairing problem here.

Mi Band users get different types of errors when pairing. While some get “Unable to pair, reset the band and try again”, others get Connect to the app to update. Many users simply get the first Even error on the Mi band.

Do not worry. The solutions mentioned here will help you solve the pairing problem on all Mi Bands, including Mi Band 3 and Mi Band 4.

1. Restart the phone and Mi Band

Whenever you have a problem with the gadget, you should always restart it first. In this case, you must first restart your band, then the phone from which you are trying to pair the band. Mi Band 3 does not offer the option to restart. But you can restart Mi Band 4.

To do this, activate the group. Then browse the options by swiping until you see More. Tap it. Then repeat until reaching Settings. Tap it. Then tap Restart in the settings.
