Once you’ve set up the Garmin Connect app, you can download the pregnancy tracker app from the Connect IQ store to your compatible smartwatch and track it right from your wrist. You and your partner can also download a contraction timer to track the frequency and duration of contractions. This app is standard for all compatible models except Garmin Venu2 and Venu2S, which are compatible with slightly different versions. All partners can download the labor timer, but only female partners can download the pregnancy tracker app. Male users cannot download the pregnancy tracker app from the Connect IQ store.

How to Use the Garmin Pregnancy Tracker App

To start tracking your pregnancy, open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone and follow the steps below. You need to complete the setup before you can use the app on your smartwatch. Setup Using the Garmin Connect App Open the Garmin Connect app on your smartphone. Tap the menu in the top left corner and scroll to Health Stats. Tap Health Statistics to open the drop-down menu, then tap Menstrual Cycle.

If you have not yet used the menstrual cycle feature, follow the on-screen instructions to set it. First, you will be asked to select a cycle type. Please select a pregnancy. If you’re already using Garmin’s menstrual cycle feature, tap the three vertical dots in the upper right corner, and then tap Settings. From there you can change the cycle type to Pregnancy and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

When you start recording your pregnancy, it will appear under your menstrual cycle in the Health statistics menu. Pregnancy Tracking on the Garmin Smart Watch If your Garmin watch has already received your menstrual cycle details from the Garmin Connect app, it will automatically begin showing the latest pregnancy information.
