Select the Start button ?, Choose 'Settings' and go to ''Update and security& #39; section.
Select "Backup"> "+" (Add a drive), and choose an external drive or network location for your backups.
5) Create a manual backup for Outlook Data Files

Open Outlook, select theFile & #39; tab to go toAccount settings"
There, under "Account settings& #39; switch to & #39;Data files'And once found, look for an entry whose file ends with the extension .PST.
When you see it, select 'Open File Location'.
In the File Explorer, copy the Outlook data files to another storage location, such as a USB flash drive.
Please note that your area data is erased as part of the service process. It is therefore essential that you take steps to back up your data if you decide to send your Surface for repair.
