Automatic upload of photos to Microsoft Outlook is not something we recommend, but if you feel the need to do it, then go for it, go for it. Now, we have found that some users of the popular email client had problems downloading images automatically. What I was going to do here today is to delve into how to fix this little trick, and then some.
Automatically upload images to Outlook
While we don't recommend automatic image uploading in Outlook, we believe in options. Therefore, if you want to do it, keep reading by all means!
- Launch Microsoft Outlook
- Go to the File tab> Options
- Microsoft Outlook Trust Center settings
- Click on Automatic download
- uncheck Do not download images automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items
- Save and exit.
1) Go to Options
OK, so the first thing you'll want to do here is to launch the options menu. To get there, be sure to open the Perspective client and then click on the File in the upper left corner of the screen. After that scroll down to the section that says The optionsand click on it.
2) Microsoft Outlook Trust Center settings
The next step then is to select Trust Center from below and click Trust Center settings. You should now see a dialog, so from there click on Automatic download, and now we should see a new set of things.
There is a section that says, Ddoes not automatically upload images to HTML emails or RSS items. Please uncheck it and from there the system will allow Microsoft Outlook to automatically download the images in all incoming messages.
So far, this is the best option we can think of to solve your particular problem, and it should do it.
