Windows Online Help is disabled

There are several ways to solve this problem. Let's take a look at them:

  1. Check if this applies to the version of your Windows operating system
  2. Enable the scripted diagnostics policy
  3. Set the value of the Software Publishing State by using the Registry Editor
  4. Run the SFC & DISM tool

The Windows Online Troubleshooting Service generates its own set of troubleshooting scripts. The feature has been integrated with one of the feature updates and is similar to "Recommended Troubleshooting".

Based on the diagnostic data and algorithm, it can automatically solve computer problems if you want or inform you.

1) Check if this applies to the version of your Windows operating system

If you downloaded the troubleshooter from Microsoft and you received this message after you ran it, you should check to see which version of your Windows operating system it is. Some convenience stores and correctors have been designed to run only on Windows 7 and may not work on the vice versa. This can also be applied in the other way.

2) Enable the scripted diagnostics policy

4) Run DISM

To run DISM, follow these steps:

In the command prompt and run the DISM command:
