1. Restart Fire TV Stick
The problem with the menu button on the feed stick could simply be a minor issue. Restarting the Fire TV Stick could solve this problem. Simply unplug the device from its power source and plug it back in after 10 to 30 seconds. You can also restart the Fire TV Stick using the remote shortcut.
Press and hold the Select button (the large round button) and the Play / Pause button on your Fire TV Stick simultaneously for approximately 4-5 seconds until a message “ Your Amazon Fire TV turns off ” s on your TV screen.

2. Check the status of the remote control and the battery

Here’s how to check the status of your Fire TV Stick remote control.
Step 1: Launch the Fire TV Stick menu and select “Bluetooth Controllers and Devices”.

Step 1: Press and hold the menu button, back / back button and left navigation key at the same time for 10 seconds.
Resetting the remote control will make it unusable. You will need to reconnect the device to the Fire TV Stick – see step 2 below.
2nd step: Press and hold the home button for 20 to 40 seconds until the LED light on the remote control flashes into a blue LED light.
This should pair your remote control with Fire TV Stick and operate the Fire TV Stick menu again.
Note: This method will not work if you have a faulty menu button or a faulty remote control.
5. Reset the Fire TV key
