  1. Delete all files in the Accounts folder
  2. Create a new registry key 'DisableADALatopWAMOverride & #39;
  3. Create a new registry key "EnableADAL".

This method requires that you make changes to the entries in the Registry Editor. Please note that serious problems may occur if you make incorrect changes, first back up your registry.

1) Delete all files from the Accounts folder

Navigate to the following location of the explorer:

Restart your PC and recreate an Outlook profile.

Open the Registry Editor and navigate to the following path address:


Switch to the right pane window and create a new key with the following name (32-bit DWORD value) DésactiverADALatopWAMOverride.

Double-click on the value to change its value data from "0" to "1".

3) Create a new EnableADAL registry key

Follow the same path address and create another key with the following name ActiverADAL. As before, this key is also a 32-bit DWORD value.

Once created, double-click on the entry and set its value to "0".

Finally, restart Windows and try to create a new Outlook profile again and see if the problem is resolved.
